We work to keep our customers' data safe and to prevent security vulnerabilities across our platforms, including hexapoint.com, forms.hexapoint.com, and measuremd.com. That said, no system is perfect, and a vulnerability may surface that gets noticed by a user or security researcher before we catch it ourselves.

If that happens, we ask that you let us know privately so we have the opportunity to investigate and fix the issue before it becomes a wider problem. Please send an email to support@hexapoint.com with the details of what you found, how to reproduce it, and any relevant URLs or screenshots. Include your contact information so we can follow up if we need more detail.

How we handle reports

Our team reviews every submitted report. Each one is evaluated to determine whether an actual vulnerability exists and how severe it is. When a real vulnerability is confirmed, we work to resolve it as quickly as we can.

We may reach out to you for additional information after you submit a report, but we can't guarantee a response to every submission.

Bug bounty

Hexapoint does not operate a bug bounty program and does not offer payment for vulnerability disclosures.
