How we got here.

Aaron started in healthcare right out of college — at Hackensack Meridian Health, one of the largest health systems in the Northeast. From there he went on to co-found a medical marketing agency, serving as CMO and head of digital, working directly with hundreds of independent specialty practices across the country.

When his original partner was recruited to lead marketing and growth for some of the country's largest orthopedic MSOs, Aaron rebranded the agency and kept going — this time as sole owner and CEO. That agency is Hexapoint.

Today Hexapoint is still small on purpose. The person you meet on the sales call is the person running your account. There's no handoff to a junior team, no account manager-between-you-and-the-work, no rotating cast of strategists every six months. You get senior people, every time, for as long as we work together.

Most medical marketing is theater.

Agencies report on impressions, clicks, and "leads" because those numbers always go up. What actually matters is whether a patient walked in, got treated, and generated revenue — and whether that revenue came from the marketing or would have happened anyway.

We don't do vanity metrics. We track each patient through the EHR, from first click to CPT code, so you can see exactly which campaigns earn their keep and which need to be killed. Even when killing them means less revenue for us.
