Service Description: Hexapoint’s Website Management services are designed to keep your healthcare practice’s online presence up-to-date, fully functional, and aligned with your patient-centered care approach. Included in your monthly agency fee are 8 hours of updates per month, covering all content updates and most routine changes you may need. Custom work, extensive modifications, or any additional hours will incur separate charges.

Included Services:

• Content updates, including text, images, and minor design changes.
• Routine maintenance, such as plugin updates and security checks.
• Basic graphic design work, created within the allocated monthly hours.

Exclusions:

• Custom Work: Any extensive design, development, or feature changes outside the routine scope are billed separately.
• Video and Photo Production: Video and photo production services are not included in this section and are available at an additional cost under a separate service agreement.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate content updates to ensure website relevance.
• Review and approve changes promptly to avoid delays.

Non-Refundable Service: All services rendered under this agreement are non-refundable.

Video and Photo AV, etc.

Service Description: Hexapoint offers professional video and photo production services tailored to enhance your digital marketing efforts. These services are provided under a separate agreement and include pre-production, production, and post-production work.

Included Services:

• Pre-Production: Planning, scriptwriting, and storyboarding for video content.
• Production: On-site or studio filming, including necessary equipment and personnel.
• Post-Production: Editing, sound design, and finalization of video content.

Exclusions:

• Routine Website Updates: Video and photo production services are not included in the Website Management agreement and must be contracted separately.
• Custom Work Beyond Scope: Any extensive customization or additional video content requests outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide clear guidelines and approvals for content direction.
• Ensure availability and cooperation during scheduled production times.

Non-Refundable Service: All services under this section are non-refundable, covering the time and resources invested by Hexapoint in producing video and photo content.

Google Ads Management

Service Description: Our Google Ads Management services focus on creating highly targeted, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns that drive qualified traffic to your website. Our expertise in managing over a quarter billion dollars in healthcare advertising ensures that your campaigns are optimized for maximum return on investment.

Included Services:

• Strategic campaign setup, including keyword research and ad copywriting.
• Continuous optimization of ads and bidding strategies.
• Regular reporting and performance analysis.

Exclusions:

• Ad Budgets: All advertising budgets are billed separately and are the client’s responsibility.
• Custom Graphic Design: Basic graphic design work is included as needed within the scope of ad creation, but custom or extensive graphic design projects are billed separately.
• Video Production: Any video creation or editing services required for ads are not included and will incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt feedback and approvals on ad creatives and strategy.
• Maintain sufficient funds in your advertising budget to ensure campaign continuity.

Non-Refundable Service: Management fees are non-refundable regardless of campaign outcomes, as they cover the strategic and ongoing work provided by Hexapoint.

Service Description: Hexapoint’s Social Media Management services are dedicated to creating meaningful and engaging content that resonates with your patients. We focus on organic social media management, providing content that is relevant, helpful, and aligned with your practice’s values.

Included Services:

• Creation and scheduling of social media posts.
• Engagement with followers and response to comments.
• Basic graphic design work for social media posts.

Exclusions:

• Ad Budgets: Paid social media campaigns are not included and will be billed separately.
• Video Production: Video content creation, editing, or post-production services are not included and available at an additional cost.
• Custom Work: Any extensive or custom social media campaigns or projects outside the regular scope are billed separately.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide timely updates on promotions, events, or other relevant content.
• Review and approve content in a timely manner to maintain the posting schedule.
